It looks like Fortnite will be undergoing some big changes soon. Chapter 2, which started in early October 2019, will end with a one-time in-game event called The End at 4pm ET on December 4.
When The Convergence is complete, The slot Cube Queen prepares her endgame for the island. And nothing will ever be the same,” Epic Games wrote in a blog post. “Grab your weapon and fight the ultimate exterminator of all reality.
Closing event 1 was called The End, and it blew up the original island beautifully. Fortnite was offline a few days before Chapter 2 kicked off with an entirely new map. Among other updates, Epic is also bringing a new user interface and new mechanics in Chapter 2,
as the publisher says players will fight The Cube Queen “in the final spot for the fate of the island.” And nothing seems to be the same. It looks like a major change is coming in Battle Royale in the near future.
If you have Bars or Battle Stars, use them before the end of the season. As it won’t be forwarded to Chapter 3, starting November 30, Exotic Character Services and Item Exchanges will be discounted in Bargain Bin Week.
