Camos & Mastery Camos
The Camos skins allow players to customize how their firearms look in CoD Black Ops 7 What makes them unique is that they are reactive. The final tiers in each mode change dynamically every time you fire the weapon. This adds an extra level of visual appeal.
Mastery Camos unlock the high-tier, final skin by completing each base and specific camo challenge for a particular weapon. After that, players can progress to even more challenging challenges across all weapon classes, and ultimately all weapons. Mastery camo skins are visually impressive, dynamic, and animated. They show the player’s high level of dedication and skill.
How Many Camos is that?
BO7 features 16 mastery camos in total, with four unique designs available in each mode: Campaign /Multiplayer/Zombies/Warzone. At launch, 12 of these camos are available, while four others will be added in Season 1 with Warzone compatibility.
Players can also earn dozens of Regular Camos during their grind, and unlock unique design through weapon Prestige. Event-specific Camos are back, offering exclusive rewards for timed challenges.
How to check Camos Progress
This tracker, accessible from the pause screen of any mode, allows you monitor your progress in Real-Time. The first-ever camo-tracking feature in the series is included with the coop campaign, making it easier than ever for you to stay on top your challenges.
How to Unlock Mastery Camos
Typically, unlocking mastery camos involves completing multiple challenges. While BO 7’s specific requirements are not confirmed, it would be reasonable to expect a progression system similar to that of BO 6.
Players have traditionally had to unlock the base camo of every gun in a category, before they can tackle mastery challenges specific to individual weapons. The final tiers of each camo are often the most difficult, but also the most rewarding.
All Camos List
The actual designs for the Mastery Camo have not been disclosed, but the requirements to unlock them remain a mystery. Below are camouflage images and mastery levels for Black Ops 7’s various modes.
Event Camos
Black Ops 7 offers exclusive event camo designs that are only available during certain time periods (Limited Time Challenges). These camos can only be unlocked if you have met certain requirements. For example, you must complete challenges or earn XP.
Black Ops 6 was known for its event camos. However, this year developers have promised to offer even more variety. Two weapon completion camos are included in every season along with other rewards.
Weapon Prestige Camos
Weapon Prestige Camos allow players to customize their weapons further. Weapon Prestige lets players unlock three exclusive Camos.
Tier 1 Prestige unlocks camouflage.
Tier 2 Prestige unlocks your second camouflage.
Weapon Prestige (Level 250) unlocks a final camo.
These camos can also be used with other weapons. However, they are only available if you meet certain requirements related to the prestige level of that weapon.
