Directly in front of you after entering is a set of stairs leading up to the second floor of the Manse.
Proceed up these stairs carefully. When you reach the top, you’ll notice the Manse Hall Site of Grace waiting at the top of the staircase.
Activate the Grace:
Once you’ve climbed the stairs and reached the top, activate the Manse Hall Site of Grace by interacting with the glowing golden light. This will restore your health, replenish your flasks, and set the Midra’s Manse as your checkpoint.
After activating the grace, you’re ready to move on and explore deeper into the Manse.
