Even with the bug, once the Ghost Ship is destroyed, you will still receive rewards.
Step 4: Rewards from the Maangodin Ghost Ship
The Maangodin Ghost Ship provides two primary rewards upon defeat:
Tarnished Ring:
This item completes the Oceans Apart quest, allowing you to return to the NPC in The Oubliette.
Ethereal Ashes:
A special currency dropped by the Ghost Ship can be used to purchase various items from the Mysterious Rogue Vendor.
Ethereal Ashes Shop:
Mysterious Chest (50 Ethereal Ashes): A container that may contain random equipment and resources.
Hessel’s Outfit Set (10 to 20 Ethereal Ashes): Unique clothing and accessories for your character.
Blue Specter Blueprint (50 Ethereal Ashes): A blueprint that allows you to craft a unique sea fire weapon.
