It is done when you achieve 400 Slayer Points doing tasks. The best method to earn points is to finish Mazchna’s quests for tasks 1-9 and the most difficult Slayer Master’s task for task 10. I would do Slug Menace for Proselyte and RFD for Barrows Gloves. Always utilize offensive prayers on any task you perform to speed up kills. The $ you make will break you even.
